Hi, I’m Angel Armstrong, the heart and hands behind Bloom & Balance Botanicals a faith rooted wellness brand created to help women return to natural balance, emotional peace, and spiritual renewal through God’s design.

What began as a personal healing journey through hormonal imbalance and burnout soon became a calling to help other women find restoration too. I learned that God’s creation holds everything we need for wellness not just herbs and nutrition, but faith, rhythm, and grace.

Bloom & Balance was born from that revelation: a reminder that healing is not about hustle. It’s about honoring your body’s God-given rhythm and trusting His timing.
