Faith. Healing. Balance — from the inside out. I’m Angel, the heart behind Bloom & Balance Botanicals. What began as my personal battle with hormonal imbalance and burnout became a calling to help women heal God’s way through rhythm, nourishment, and grace.

I believe wellness isn’t hustle; it’s holy alignment. When we tend to the soul, the body follows. Every tea, elixir, and guide I create is prayed over, thoughtfully formulated, and designed to help you live gently in your God-given rhythm and season.
