📦 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During peak seasons, product launches, or pre-orders, please allow a little extra time as we prayerfully handcraft each item with love and purpose.

🚚 Domestic Shipping

We currently ship across the U.S. via trusted carriers such as USPS.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand our reach soon!

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to carrier errors, incorrect shipping addresses, or natural causes. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier first. Then email us at bloombalancebotanical@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to help.
